Japan Country Security Director
• Planned, coordinated, and ensured that physical security was provided for the protection of corporate resources throughout Japan and Korea (protection of personnel, property, and proprietary information).
• Managed and supervised all security related matters and operations for over 500 Japan locations and over 100 Korea locations.
• Managed and supervised physical security vulnerability and risk assessments for operating locations in Japan and Korea to identify and correct security weaknesses.

Specific Accomplishments:
• Planned and designed security system and antiterrorism features for a new five-story building that housed 2,500 employees; planned from the ground up; lauded by prefectural police as best security they have ever seen.
• Initiated a physical security vulnerability and risk assessment program for Japan and Korea—first program of its kind in the corporation; oversaw over 1,200 physical security vulnerability assessments.
• Initiated comprehensive security systems database and metrics program; only program of its kind in the corporation; provided real-time security status for over 600 locations throughout Japan and Korea.
